The BMW R60 debuted at the Brussels Motor Show in 1955.
Engine displacement was 600cc and made 28HP. The R60 featured a new frame with leading-link Earle front forks and a rear swing arm suspension with dual adjustable hydraulic shock absorbers.
This 1957 model comes with the rare factory fitted long range Schorsch Meier fuel tank.
It is a matching numbers bike.
The current owner has owned this motorcycle for approximately 20years, and is only the 2nd owner, it was restored by the first owner.
